It's been so encouraging to see the way God is meeting with us.
Just an amazing sense of His Presence coming among us as we seek Him.
We enter His rest and then He takes over :)
The Holy Spirit is kindling a passion for Jesus and a thirst for more.

From the Durham Burn 24/7 team…
Our final burn event of the year will be shorter than normal - but it's going to be filled to the brim.
Two hours of praise and adoration as we offer up our love to the Jesus we worship, as God and Saviour.
As we draw near to Him His Presence is going to fill our hearts to overflowing.
We're going to meet Him face to face... Hope you can join us!
Note we are not meeting at Sanctuary 21 this month, but rather at Emmanuel Church's home near Belmont.
We're grateful to the elders of Emmanuel church who have given us this space, this busy month.
love from

From the Burn team…
“Come, everyone who thirsts, come to the waters;
and he who has no money, come, buy and eat!"
Isaiah 55.1
Are you hungry? Are you thirsty?
Do you want more of God and His kingdom in our city?
Jesus is calling us to seek His beautiful face and receive from His abundance...
To receive strength and fresh vision and to cry out for the revival He's promised.
So we're gathering for a monthly burn to call on His Name.
We know that as we join together in unity from across the church, He will hear and respond... and He will release more of His purposes on the earth for our time.
We're grateful to the elders of Emmanuel church who have put in place the COVID precautions that release us to do this.
Hope you can join us for an hour, or five.
love from
The Durham Burn24/7 team

From the Burn Durham team…
We're excited to be having our first '3D', In Person Burn for over a year. It's four hours to seek the face of Jesus and pour out our worship at His feet. He's SO worthy, and it's truly our highest privilege.
We're grateful to the elders of Emmanuel Church who have put in place the COVID precautions that release us to do this. We'll not be able to raise our praise in song as freely as we'd like.
BUT… We'll be gathered together in His presence
We'll be led by amazing worship leading Levites... who can sing freely...
and we can release our hearts and our prayers to His throne.
We know He'll pour out His Spirit on and through us as we do.
SO… Hope you can join us for an hour (or more ) as we drink deep and pursue Him where He leads
Love from
The Durham Burn24/7 team

From the Durham Burn 24/7 team…
We'll be online for our next burn on Friday 19th March. This time we're going to be linking up with the other Burns in the North East to seek God together.
We're joining in unity of heart to lift up the Name of Jesus over the region, and pray that, for His glory, He will pour out His Spirit on His church and bring the revival He's promised.
Being online has its limits... but God's presence doesn't. Every time we gather like this the Lord meets thirsty hearts and brings us into fresh encounter with His glory and goodness. When we see Him, our hearts are stirred by His love for our broken world. Faith rises for Him to move.
Hope you can join us. This is an 'in house' Zoom meeting, so it's not publicly streamed, and there's plenty of room to contribute, especially in set aside prayer spots.
For full details, please visit the Facebook event.
Burn 24/7 are having their next online worship event on Friday 26th February, from 7PM-midnight.
We're gathering online, but we're joined together in the Holy Spirit. Jesus will still fill the space between us, with His presence and the revelation of His goodness and glory. So we get to seek Him in the Holy Place, call on His Name, and ask Him to pour out His grace and mercy on us, upon His church and upon our land.

The next Burn worship session is coming soon…
Here’s a message from the team:
It’s a significant season for our nation, full of challenges, but we are full of hope and expectation, seeing God powerfully at work to bring revival and awakening to our land.
It’s a time to call on His Name and ask Him for more grace and breakthrough. But FIRST and ABOVE ALL ELSE we want want to seek His wonderful face for His own sake. We want to see our nation totally captivated with the beauty of Jesus, and multitudes brought into a first love encounter with their Saviour and Lord. So first that’s what we want to stir in the church and in our own hearts.
Our next Burn is a space to do just that.... Time set aside... Time to simply gaze on Him and let the knowing of Him sink deep into our beings. When we do that - everything else flows from Who He Is…. and we will see God's glory in the church like never before.
We hope you can join us, and some amazing worship leaders, as we seek Him. Come for an hour or come overnight!! :) We're praying that you get a fresh and powerful revelation of His incredible love for you… We love Him because He first loved us.
Blessings
Will and Dan

We are so glad to welcome Martin and Bekah Neil for another day of drums, intercession and worship. We had such a good time last year… this time we’re expecting God to release even more though these wonderful ministers.
Martin is perhaps best known as the drummer for prophetic worship pioneer, Kevin Prosch, and Martin and Bekah were first with us in Durham with Kevin when he visited us a few years back. He is an amazing drummer.... genuinely world class!! But what makes their ministry so special is the heart that he and Bekah carry... to see the sounds of the nations redeemed for King Jesus. They travel extensively into many cultures, building relationship and sharing the heartbeat and rhythms of different people groups at source; and then bringing those sounds as part of the well of worship rising up in the church as God restores us as His House of Prayer for all nations. Their charity "Voices from the Nations" also puts hands and feet to that, by assisting with grassroots developmental work in the communities they have been welcomed into.
http://www.voicesfromthenations.org/
They are gifted teachers and communicators, so having them with us for a whole day is an incredible opportunity and we really want to make the most of it. There will be three different sections which should means there will be something accessible for all.
10:00 - 12:00 - Kit drum workshop - A focused time for drum specialists, especially for kit drummers. Martin will encourage, inspire and equip out of his massive experience and anointing. So if you are a drummer… don’t miss it :)
13:30 - 16:30 - Drum circle workshop - Drum circles can be great as community worship times, which can work for all levels of ability so don’t rule yourself out :) Martin and Bekah are going to stir us up to break out of our boxes and see God moving among us through Holy Spirit led drumming. As well as some practical technique and inspiration, they are going to share what they have been been exploring (e.g with Native American christians) about drums and intercession.
19:30 - later - Worship and Prayer night.. We’re going to seek the Lord 😃 with no fixed agenda… but it will be something fresh and amazing, more drum and vocal led than ’normal. And we’ll hear wonderful stories of God at work among the nations.
We’re leaving lots of room for the Lord to steer us through the day, so there will be a lot of flexibility during these times. But this is going to be epic… really hope you can join us for some or all of it.
Some practicalities...
If you are coming to the kit drum workshop it would be great if you could let us know in advance and give us an idea of your experience level.
If you are coming to the Drum Circle workshop and you have any hand drums PLEASE BRING THEM. We will have lots of spare instruments which we will share around… but if you bring your own you can use it all the way through 😃 and if you have any spare to share.. awesome!
Tea and coffee will be provided during the day. We are fairly close to Durham centre so there will be places to grab some lunch nearby
We will be taking up a freewill offering at each session to support Martin and Bekah in their travelling.
