Faith Clubs
Faith Clubs are groups of two to four people who meet regularly to share the joys and struggles of life, spurring one another on in the adventure of following Jesus.
Faith Clubs are encouraged to read a book of the Bible or a Christian book based on the Bible together as a foundation for discussion about real life issues. The purpose is to “fight the good fight of faith” (1 Timothy 6:12) by confessing sin and speaking the good news of the Gospel of Jesus to one another.
They run in addition to and complement Emmanuel Communities. They can be formed out of pre-existing close friendships but are also a great opportunity to develop new friendships and to draw newcomers into these close friendships.
Once they reach four people, they are encouraged to “multiply” in order to retain a small, intimate feel.
